My name is Rachel Nevares and I am a senior at George Mason University majoring in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. I plan on walking in the graduation ceremony in May 2011 and aquiring my diploma in August 2011.
I currently work, and have worked since it’s opening in Fall 2006, at the Kettler Capitals Iceplex in Arlington, VA. I work as an ice skating instructor and teach all ages and levels.
The biggest and most important thing about me, is that I was a competitive figure skater for over 10 years of my life. It’s still a huge part of me as I continue to figure skate and plan on joining either Disney On Ice or Holiday On Ice in the fall of 2011. I plan on touring with their company in either Europe, Asia, or North America and gain international exposure.
